This course is a hybrid of the rope rescue and the confined space training course for entry and rescue. It will teach high angle techniques which will allow the student to develop proficient skills in the industrial setting.
Teach advance rope rescue techniques & covers more complex rescue scenarios. The objective is to expand the students problem solving so they are able to assess, plan, and execute the most complex rescue scenarios.
This week long course is a high angle technician level course teaching rope rescuers how to move a rescuer and/or victim horizontally. Gives the rescue team multiple options to fulfill NFPA’s requirement of moving a load horizontally.
For rescuers looking for next level understanding and the ability to work with new tools and combinations down to 8mm. Lightweight can be a safe and reasonable solution for long carries, big climbs, wilderness, and REMS.
