• Waist pocket securely holds leg straps until needed and in victim use, it enables rescuer to apply belt to victim giving the rescuer a fast clip-in point. Leg straps are then removed and applied
• New Stab-Lock ANSI Z359.1 certified quick-connect leg buckles are used for ease of donning
